Good news for everyone who hates difficult-to-follow diets: Tuberculosis is guaranteed to slim you right into that summer bikini body.
Fitness guru Tracey Anderson is famous for training A-list stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow, and for her widely publicized advice: “No woman should lift more than 3 lb.”
In an exclusive interview with the Overheard Press, Anderson gave us the scoop on her favorite weight-loss method for burning those winter calories.
Instead of abstaining from sugar or measuring out macros, Anderson suggests a method that was once a closely guarded secret of the Hollywood elite.
“Dieting is just too hard” the mother-of-two told us. “That’s why more and more stars are turning to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.”
Tuberculosis, or TB, is a wasting disease common in the third world.
“Giving yourself tuberculosis sounds a little scary,” Anderson admitted, “but since it’s just a bacterial infection, I like to think of it more like a probiotic that might kill you, but also makes you look amazing.
